I was desperate with an emergency and tried to get a payday loan and these people sent me an email telling me that I had been approved for a loan of $200 and that out of those $200 I would be paying a one time fee of $19 and they asked me to fax over a document. I did not hear from them again, never got the loan and they have tried two time to get the $19 out of my account which has put me on a negative and I am really pissed off because now I have to pay the over draft fees and my SSI payment will be less than I expect. I may even have to close this bank account because they are thieves. I want to sue them for mental distress and for robbing me.
