I ordered a free sample from these people who turned out to be Leanslim. This has has unfortuneately proved to be a non free sample as they have in total taken from my bank account £78.95. I have phoned them, emailed them and to date 19.1.2012 I have received no reply from the emails, the telephone number I was given 0844 7453003 said I could not be found in their computer system. I understand somewhere in the terms and conditions they state if you have not cancelled within the time period they will continue to deduct from your Bank monthly for additional items they may send you. So far I have only received the supposedly free sample. I just want out before they take all my money, incidentally I am an OAP and really cannot afford this.
