They contacted us offering $41,000 plus all expenses for our timeshare in Mayan Resort, Mexico. After we paid the Mexican taxes plus the transfer fee, they would be able to continue with the purchase as a buyer was waiting. They would be holding our money in escrow. We were provided with an excess number so we could see the funds being held in our names in the escrow fund. As of payout date, they were to transfer $45,100 to our account. Then we would send them 8% as payment for their services. After hearing from Dennis Newman that our funds would be arriving soon, all contact ceased. Our phone calls and emails were not answered. Then the emails would not go through and their website ceased to exist.
