KUNULIFT has an ad on the net and in magazines about an anti-aging cream sample offer for a shipping and handling cost of $3.95. A small bottle comes in the mail with a slip that shows no-charge. 14 days later a charge appears on your credit card for $74.87, and again each month thereafter. Here is the fine print of what that FREE offer:
"Your 14 day Trial Period will start when the product is ordered. You will be responsible to pay Shipping and Handling charges for your first shipment of KunuLift. If you wish to cancel your order within your Trial Period, simply call 1-888-623-2599 and return your bottle (even if it's empty!) within 14 days from shipping date and you will not be charged anything other than the shipping and handling fee. If you enjoy KunuLift, do nothing and at the end of your Trial Period your credit card provided today will be charged $74.87 and you will automatically be enrolled in the KunuLift Preferred Customer Club. This means that in approximately 30 days from the end of your Trial Period and every 30 days thereafter, you will be shipped a new 1 month supply of KunuLift for the low VIP price of $74.87 per bottle with FREE shipping for domestic customers. This is a reoccurring order which is more fully described below in section 2. Remember, you can cancel at any time by contacting our Customer Care Department at 1-888-623-2599. Today’s charges and future charges will appear on your credit card as KUNULIFT.COM. Note: When using a debit/gift card, your bank may authorize your card for $74.87 by creating a "pending transaction" on your account. If you see this on your account, it's only a temporary authorization and will disappear in a few days. It is NOT a charge. We do not charge your card (besides S/H) for 30 days." NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT WHEN THE TRIAL BOTTLE ARRIVED THERE WAS NO SLIP THAT REMINDED RECIPIENT TO THE 14 DAY CONDITION. A BILLING SLIP STATED "No charge" LEADING ONE TO BELIEVE THAT IT WAS A GENUINE SAMPLE PRODUCT THE COMPANY HAD SENT AS A PROMOTIONAL...... THIS IS A VERY CLEVERLY CALCULATED SCAM.

  • I ordered the product and was enrolled in the 14day trial. The trial period was clearly stated on my checkout, they even offered extend my trial if I didn't receive it in a timely manner. I think it's great I got to sample the product first, I'm on my second bottle now! Shame on people who acknowledge the terms but blame the company for their own actions!
