I saw the advertisment on facebook and like a fool fell for the free trial. After seeing your web site I phoned and cancelled the product, was given a cancellation code. I was assured by Chris no money had been taken from my account.I telephoned my credit card company to be advised that £57.95 had been taken by this company yesterday and I would need to contact the company again. This time spoke with Kim who told me she was the manager, I requested a refund to be told that they do not do refunds, that my details and account were now cancelled and no further charges would be applied. After much argument she agreed to refund 50% of the cost and that was the only offer on the table. I agreed to this and will now wait to see if my account is credited. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
