Purchased a scarf from this site, never rec'd nor refunded; but charged my account approx. the same day. Never could reach, left messages or sometime mailbox was full. Finally reached them on Dec 10th said they had sent scarf; gave a bogus track number thru USPS.com. Reached them again on 1/9/12 said they would refund account within 5 days. No such thing happened!! Again customer service cannot be reached.
