I approached them via telephone to enquire as to where I would qualify for a loan. I was told the would be no fee unless I accepted a loan from one of their lenders. The put my onto two lenders - both of whom did not meet my borrowing requirements (far from it), I then recieved back to back phone calls all week from call centres when did not seem to have recieved the message that I didn't want their loan offer & that I had subsequently cancelled my application with SGE. SGE then took £79.99 from my bank without permission. I contaced my bank who refunded me (temporaryily) as "services not rendered", however the money was then re-debited at a later date...still £79.99 down, no loan & several rude telephone operatives at SGE being extremely unhelpful!
