I recently had a charge on my bank statement and all it stated was Williams Credit for a $19 dollar charge. My bank tracked down a telephone number for a payment processing company. I contacted that company and they gave me a number of 302-526-4058, which came up out of Delaware. I spoke to a woman that said around the end of December I applied for a loan and this was an application fee I authorized. I never got a loan. She said there was no refund available. I cannot believe they are scamming people for a service that is not providing anything. They obviously have my checking account number, so I am getting ready to call the bank and have my account closed. I do not need any further surprises.
