SAVE YOURSELF $$ AND FRUSTRATION DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE !!! We ordered jeans(True Religion Mens Billy Orange Multi Super T Cyclone - Size 32 True Religion Bootcut Me 1 $86.00 $86.00 and True Religion Mens Ricky Natural Big QT Dodge City - Size 32 True Religion Straight L 1 $87.00 $87.00) The jeans did not measure 32" and the stitching was bad. Therefore, we used the "contact us" link in the site for an exchange. The email comes back as a failure notice from MAILER-DAEMON@vps. Next we called to inquire on exchanging. The woman that answers the phone @ 011 86 594-7552100 would not provide an address to exchange the items. She was well aware of what we were saying, but barely spoke English. Then once we repeated the problem she wouldn't even talk! We kept saying "hello" and she would not respond. We asked to speak to someone else and again nothing! Then we had to keep calling back because she was hanging up on us. I did speak politely, slowly and with as few words as possible. When we called back the last time she said nothing after her greeting, wouldn't talk at all! So now we are out the $173.00 and the cost of the international calls. Unfortunately since we signed that we received the items, my bank cannot help us. We have sure learned a lesson here. Please save yourself from this frustrating, costly experience and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!
