My husband and I applied for a payday loan at which they needed an account number before he was even approved. One week later there was an unauthorized debit charge on our account. This is the down right dirtiest thing that someone could do to people that are in obvious need of money. I have already spoken to an attorney and if it is not refunded, I will take the next legal step. I was debited $99.00 plus a $20.00 overdraft fee.
