ON THE 15/12/2010 I REQUESTED A FREE TRIAL PAID $5.28 FOR POSTAGE (ACCEPTABLE) -WAITED-DID NOT RECEIVE GOODS-3/1/2011 BILLED FOR $84.08 + POSTAGE+FORG/EXCH.CHARGES (I THOUGHT I WAS DEALING WITH AUSTRALIA-THEN ALSO ON THE 3/1/2011 $93.98 +POSTAGE+FORG/EXCH.CHARGES-THEN ON 16/1/2011 $98.46++-TRIED TO CONTACT THEM COULD NOT THEN I WAS ABLE TO GET THROUGH TODAY TOLD THEM I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING-I WAS REFERRED TO TERMS & CONDITIONS WHICH I SAID I WAS HAPPY TO PAY IF I GOT GOODS-COULD NOT GET THEM TO UNDERSTAND-I CANCELLED & ASKED FOR A EMAIL TO CONFIRM-I HAVE NOT REC'D ONE-I WILL SEND EMAIL MYSELF THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY RIGHT TO DIRECT DEBIT MY CREDIT CARD-I HAVE SPOKEN TO WESTPAC-THEY HAVE HAD A LOT ON COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.THEY PH.NO.0291912796 EMAIL HTTP://EXTMANGOBILL.COM

i did not rec,d email to confirm cancellation-&have been charged $88.00 again-rang could not understand them when i rang-they gave me another email address it does not exist either.
