If we don't want a junk TV service where there is nothing but full junk of commercial chanels, Sudden Link should not use its scam to force us to pay for it! My family and I have no time to waste watching junk TV chanels, all we need is our 10M internet service for school and our Net Flex, unfortunately when it's weekend or hollyday which are the only times we actually stay at home and enjoy our netflex and surf internet; Suddenlink have its scam to stop us using what we pay for. during the days we stay at home our internet service is always disrupted. This scam is to force us get their TV package which we will never get no matter what! by intrupting our internet service where we watch our $7.00 a month netflex they think they can force us to get their junk! every time we call regarding this issue their answer is "We will send out tech in 3-7 business day" really? what about the money we paid you for installaation and the money we are paying you every month? Are you going to allow us to keep some of it just because your idiotic scam didn't seem to be working? Listen suddenlink if you will not stop your scam, we will make sure you fucking pay not only amounts we are paying you every month but also $40.00 we paid for installation! STOP your scam or you will see us at court of law!

  • Sudden Link is the worst cable ( service ) in the USA.Got a bundle as it was supposed to be cheaper. Now T.V. , Internet AND Phone crap out weekly. Song and dance to subscribe to VIP for better results. Still Computer ansering service and results not any better. Had Three Service Tech's out this month and all had different answer to service problem. I have had more problems since I upgraded to Bundled service. Now stuck with two remots and sound on T.V. shut6s down randomnly. Switch back and forth to T.V. and Netflix and service goes out. Maybe they do sabatoge service if watching Netflix instead of their Crappy On Demand T.V. Worst service and trapped by City regulations. No direct competition results in (Inappropriate Content Removed)SERVICE!!!
