I saw an ad for Organa Cleanse and Organa Slim on Facebook and signed up for the trial for $4.95 each. With some discount the amount taken from my account was two lots of $3.21. I then discovered an amount of $95.89 taken from my account a couple of days later on 1/12/2012. This was obviously not authorised. I contacted my bank and had to have my card cancelled as this is the only sure way to stop them taking any more money from my account,, so even though inconvenient to everyone reading this out there, cancel your card. To my surprise today a package turned up with Organa Cleanse in it. I'm not going to take the capsules as they could have anything in them.

hi i did exactly what you did but on the same day i asked for it i came across this site.....i quickly rang my bank and cancelled my details n card.....only to recieve it all today in the mail
im also not confident in the product and now im scared because they rang me asking if these were my details which i was stupid enough to do, and they asked me how i would like to pay for it.....i was so scared i hung up, but now im paranoid and would love an answer to my question.....if i cancelled everything and they have my details no bank account is there any way they can make me pay if i have'nt cancelled my account with them, i just cancelled card details......is there a binding agreement...please help im so scared????? wish i never did this -

I'm sorry you are worried. I contacted my bank and they phoned me back after making inquiries into my complaint. The lady told me that "a lot" of people had had to cancel their cards as a result of this scam and there wasn't a lot they could do about it to retrieve our lost money, that the only thing we could do was cancel the card as that is the only way they can get money from our account. She also told me that she found the small print regarding the conditions of sale and it did state that after 14 days they could deduct this money from our account and every month thereafter. I wouldn't worry about them coming after you as they are scammers and are only out for the quick dollar. It's not profitable for them to chase people beyond making a phone call and asking you to pay up - it's pretty bold of them really. Just ignore them and they will go away when they realise you are not going to be fooled by them. -
