I, as well, was stupidly misled by BidRack.com...All I thought I was doing, is signing up for an account so I was able to check the website out. This is so frustrating!!! Every time I try to email the customer service idiots, they give me the same email. Who takes your money and doesn't offer a refund!? This is a total scam and I feel so sorry for the other poor people who fall into it. BidRack needs to be shut down! I have not read one good thing about this website. From all the complaints I have read, shouldn't this count for something?
