It was my mothers first online shopping she went on UGG Boots website and she order the UGG Seline Boots Chocolate and next thing you no 2 days later she recieves a message saying that the boots are out of stock and said if she wanted to get something else, so she then replies back saying she wanted some other kind of boots, it send the message but no reply back from them. So then she sends them another message about cancelling and wanting her money back never got any other reply from that company again toal SCAM....... those people should go to jail.
