After repeated attempts i have finally managed to talk to someonr from internet pay day who happily asked me did i not read the t and c s when applying for the £5 induction fee apparently it states that £65 will come out of tour account. I asked was it in small print as i did not see it when i signed up. On a happier not I have been told that i will receive a refund with £3 deducted . I dont care just happy to get my money back but it remains to be seen, She says it will take 5 - 10 days so watch this space and i will inform all if this is successful!!!!!!!

- if anyone is having problems with the internetpayday/ebiz just persevere with the phone calls I have nt actually received the refund yet but will let you all know
