Just like everyone else who has submitted this complaint, my computer screen showed that I had multiple viruses and I should download the program to fix it. There is nothing else to do (you think) but to pay the money and get out of the screen. I had already paid and then googled it on my son's Kindle Fire, only to find out it is a scam and when you google it, you can get the "activation codes" to pass through the screens without paying. I lost my 59.95 plus a 1.80 int'l processing fee. Who knows where these people are at, there is no contact info. My bank said they have to get in writing the transaction info from the company to dispute the claim. Obviously that's not possible since they don't really exist as a professional company. Please help me get my money back!!!
