I purchased a 2 unit building that was vandalized while I was at work. State Farm made the check out to People Choice Mortgage and People Choice soldout to Select Portifilo Mortgage. State Farm
said I had to sign the check to send it to the mortgage company and they would disburse the money for me to make the repairs.
I receivedmany tickets from the city for the property but they would not force Select Portifilo to pay the tickets. They ket the check for $48k dollars. I did not have a lawyer to fight them. I contacted State Farm Insurance but they said it was nothing they
could do. They soldout to are became the New company DLJ Mortgage Capital, Inc.:ET.SEQ. Between People Choice Mortgage,
Select Portifilo and DLJ Mortgage Capital the took over $71,888.37
from me I tried to fight but I became very ill and I had tolet it rest.
