On the 10th january 2012 I was on facebook and was looking at Facebooks sponsered adverts. One was for sale Ugg Boots. I clicked on link and ordered a pair. They boasted of 1 - 2 day delivery by royal mail. I never received them! I contacted them and as yet have still had no reply. I have contacted my visa card and they have informed me that they have taken £74.45 even though they price was £68.99. My bank is investigating this transaction as it states quite clearly that the transaction was for a company called 'Hongyou Hardware Store' NOT 'Mywinterboot.com' . My bank said they could only investigate on the basis that i had not received them and that i jhad been overcharged! They were not interested that this is a fake site selling nothing and that the site now have my card details!! I feel so foolish :(

Update: 01/17/2012

Just thought I would add that i'm from England, London. The 74.45 is in British pounds not Dollars. Not sure if that makes a difference to the total that is owed by this company.
