My mother found the advertisement on Facebook for a set of 3 Genie Bras being sold for $34.99AUD online and I ordered two sets, one for myself and one for my mother using my ANZ debit card. This came to $69.98 with $6.99 flat rate, making a total of $76.97AUD. I received the emails to say that they had been successfully processed and shipped and to expect them within 9 - 15 business days and the money was taken from my account later that day. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my mum. The postman came two weeks later with a card for us to go pick up our order from that had been shipped from Hong Kong, which turned out to be one of the bra sets (mine). We rang up the number my mum found and were told that we'd only ordered one set, which I argued against because in the first email (a receipt of sorts) it clearly states that I ordered two. They then promised to send out another set for us at no extra charge but it has never arrived. It has now been two months and we are at a loss. Why did they send out one set of bras but not the other?
