I am living in a remote area, and this is the sole phone company provider in the area, about two month ago, I had no services through my land line, then it came back on for a day or so, then where out for over a week, I have called the company, and told them about the situation, they said that they will charge me $50.00 to repair the line, my Mom is retired and living on a low income and did not want to pay that amount, so she cancel the service, later she reinstate the service, and the phone worked amazingly perfectly. On the 13th of January required a payment of $90.03? I have paid already something around $50.00 for the primary installation required services, I have did all the inside property set up myself. My Mom has been trying to solve the situation, but they are totally ignoring her request.
