I paid 4.97 to ebiz pckg on 6 Jan 12. on 16 Jan 12 a further 65.99 left my bank account. i called the bank and as it was a card subscription then it was for me chase and cancel.
I found a UK telephone customer services number (0870 8200093) and called it. I got through very quickly, explained the situation and they processed the re-fund. Now the proof will be when i check my account in the next couple of days. At the same time I cancelled my subscription and hopefully will receive an email to confirm this. I will post and let you all know how i get on.
