Ordered free trial of each online and read terms & conds which said if cancel within 14 days no payment will be deducted. Didn't receive product so prior to 14 days tried to call on both numbers as per website & could not get through, sent a message through 'contact us', and emailed the support email address provided but have heard nothing and they have still proceeded to deduct the money from my account. Furious.
