I received a letter from my bank (halifax) telling me about an unplanned overdraft which they a requiring me to pay back. With the letter came two photocopied cheques which they claim has been credited and debited from my account without my concent. The bank has decided to closed down my account due to this. Something which i have no idea of or how it happened.
