i was suppose to receive two maltese puppies, 400.00 in fees for the flight into san diego, then 900.00 for the bad weather and new regulatory crates for the puppies or they would die in the flight. Now they want 750.00 for health assurance for the puppies and city permits into california. mind you the puppies were coming from Hawaii. I refuse to pay anymore money
