Rooter, inc came to our house because we were having our drains back up. They proceded to attempt to rod out the drain from our clean-out and told us that there was collapsed part of the pipe and in order to fix it they would need to dig up everything and replace it. They left us with a drain sewer line that was still clogged and a quote for almost 4000$ to do the work and took 300$ for basically doing nothing. We decided to call another local plumber to get an estimate for comparison. They came out and were able, in less than an hour, to clear our sewer line, show us the water flowing from the house to the sewer, and give us a quote for half the price. They told us that replacing the pipes would help but it didn't have to be done immediately. Rooter, inc came, did nothing, took our money and left us unable to use our toilets, showers, etc. They are scammers who should not be trusted
