2 facial products are offered on line with supposedly a 14 day trial period. The 14 day starts the day the order is placed. We received the product on Friday and on the following Monday the charge for $74.99 hit my bank. I tried to call to cancel the order but no one would answer the phone after numerous tries. Today 1/14/2012 I see another charge now for $79.99 for Vitaderm. I noticed the phone number on the terms is a different code 877 instead of 888. I tried the 877-same 7 digits for both prefixes. This time I got a warm body in INDIA to talk to. She says she can only refund 50% of each charge and that will take 7 to 10 business days to process . This is clearly a rip-off--be careful.
