I applied for a payday loan and was asked to fax documents and next thing you know, I do not get a response from them, nor did I get the loan but yet they tried to take $99 from my bank account and now they owe me the $99 plus my 35 over drawn fee. I want to sue them so badly, how dare they take advantage of people who are struggling to survive?
