I saw an advert for two creams on a trial basis, so thought I'd get them for my wife, just before Christmas.
The goods arrived this week, but having checked them they smell and look like Cooking Lard or Fat.
I had been warned by my bank that an amount had tried to be taken out the day I gave my card details over, so I told them not to pay it. I have just checked my account and have now had £79.99 taken on the 12.01.2012 from Revita La Peau. I have not received any other products and need to stop this from happening again. My bank said I shoud contact them, but I don't have their contact details to cancel. So will probably have to cancel my bank card now which will be very difficult and time consuming to change all my legitimate payments over. Does anyone know how or who I can call to get my card details cancelled with this supplier?
