Your Trip Chart and Your Trip Planners are two very sophisticated fraudulent companies that worked together in my case. Your Trip Chart offered, processed, and booked the flight requesting and obtaining a Bank Transfer payment before confirming the booking.

Your Trip Planners stepped in after payment was confirmed providing the eTicket - the BOOKING CONFIRMATION NUMBER - the eTICKET number - and all the necessary Documented Trip Information.

This said, I submit this report not to obtain a refund which I consider impossible, but to warn other travellers not to fall into the same trap. To this end, I choose to remain anonymous since, from my point of view, personal details are irrevelant in this case, whereas providing accurate information is vital.

Final comment: Your Trip Planners provided the tickets within 6 hours and Your Trip Chart wished me: HAVE A WONDERFUL TRIP
- SO BEWARE THESE ARE FRAUDULENT COMPANIES THAT WORK TOGETHER AND ADVERTISE ON GOOGLE!!!
