Received my bank statement today and found that Revita la Peau had on taken a total of £234.93.from my account. Originally I had sent for fee sample of cream and serum at a postal cost of £2.99. on 29th November 2011 and paid by card. When I received my statement today I find that they had taken £79.99 on that date. Then a further £79.99 0n 20th December 2011 and £74.95 on 23rd December 2011. I am a pensioner and this is really worrying someone should stop these people does anyone know of an address.

    Hi
    I am requesting that you please cancel forthwith further orders to me of Perfect Radiance and Revita Derm.

    I notice that you deducted £74+ from my account on the 27th for which I have not received any items. I do not intend to continue to receive the cosmetics and would be grateful if you could refund my account immediately and stop any further deductions. I will return any items I receive in the next few days.

    Can you please advise me by return that the matter is now cancelled.

    As requested, we have cancelled your accounts. You will receive an automatic cancellation confirmation e-mail within the next 12-24 hours. Please note that you will still receive any product that has already been sent to you. However, there will be no further charges to your account.

    Upon looking in our database, we can see that your products were shipped on 12th January. Therefore, we have resent you the products.

    However, we have refunded you for the amount of 79.99 for RevitaDerm and 74.95 for Perfect Radiance. Please allow at least 5 business days before checking your bank statement for the completed transaction.

    We believe that if you give our products more time, you should see the results you desire. Any point in the future should you change your mind we would be happy to offer you a generous 50% recurring monthly discount on all subscriptions.

    Please allow us now to explain how our program works. By placing your order for one of our products you accepted the terms and conditions of our free-trial offer.

    You subscribed to a 30-day supply of each product ordered for which you had a free-trial period that began at the time of your order. You had until the end of the trial, which differs for each product, to cancel your subscription. You would have only then been responsible for the shipping costs.

    Not cancelling your subscription within the allocated free-trial period resulted in the billing of the full amount of Perfect Radiance and RevitaDerm.
