Ordered a gift basket for a friend for the holidays. Was never received as of Jan 13th. I have called them and was told it was out of stock and if I wanted a refund. Any reputable company would have phoned me to let me know an item was out of stock which they never did. I never received a refund either. The phone goes to voicemail and is hard to get through. These people should be locked up! I will see to it that every necessary action is taken to do this! These people are criminals and should be treated as such. If I were in a store and stole something and was caught, you can be sure I would be arrested. Same thing applies here as far as I'm concerned!
