They advertise a horse betting scam involving quinellas.They ask for a lump sum of money up front,and guarantee back any money lost on previous scams,paid out by the liquidaters.The money never gets paid and there horse tips are well off the mark.The select every race at three major meetings in Australia.After checking their tips for a 3 week period they only selected 1 quinella which paid $6.90.
