i ordered a massage chair from this co. on Dec09,2011 they promised delivery for Christmas it did not arrive until Jan05,2012 we set it up and the arms on chair do not work there is no massage on your back the foot massage and lower legs are air and it compresses so hard you feel like your getting squeezed to death it is very noisy nothing like their web site sates it says relaxing quiet massage when i called the co.on the 5th to complain they were very rude and starting giving me the run around after numerous e-mails that they requested with one thing after another of stuff they asked for like serial#of chair etc.i called again tonight and spoke with matt in their warranty dept.refused to put supervisor on the phone said he was the manager and there was no one else avail.he told me from my e-mails he said the chair was working fine and that if i sent it back and the manufacturer didn't find anything wrong i would be charged.what a bunch of scam artist they took my money and ran. it will be my mission this year to warn everyone about this co. and the way they do business.i thought i bought the ROLLS ROYCE OF MASSAGE CHAIRS NOT !!!! IT IS A TORTURE CHAMBER.BEWARE
