After receiving my TRIAL products (perfectRadiance & Revitaderm)from this company, for which I paid a total of $12.08 as per TRIAL offer. 14 days later payments of $77.69 on the 12/19/2011 & $81.75 on the 12/28/2011 were deducted from my credit card. How can you TRIAL this product without opening it?. You don't get your money back if it's open. Then to add injury to insult, my credit has has been raided again & they have deducted another $80.65 & $75.56 on the 01/09/2012. I have only received 1 order. I never agreed to a continuous order. How the hell can you use that much product in 1 month anyway & as it was a TRIAL how would I know if I liked it enough to order more WITHOUT OPENING IT.. The phone number on the despatch note does not match the address on it. I have called the police station in Linlithgow, West Lothian, who by the way know about this scam, who gave me the correct phone number. For your record the number is +44 1506 843 235 for overseas callers or 01506 843 235 for UK callers. The person I spoke to stated they were just the distributors of the products & not the company selling them. I asked why I could not get through on the phone number on their despatch note .She stated that was the phone number for the firm selling the product in the USA but could not tell me what state they were in. Why would you have someone else's phone number on your delivery note, very dodgy. I have revisited the web site for Revitalize Health & Beauty & I can not find a a single page that allows you to cancel your order. I now have to go to the bank & cancel my credit card, a major inconvience. Thanks Revitalize Health & Beauty, because of you I shall never ever order anything else online again.
