I ordered a book, and received a free subscription for their newsletter. When the subscription was up, I received a renewal form. I wrote on it : "Cancelled" and return it to them. This was in December. My credit card was debited this January 6, 2012. I cannot have the charges reversed from my credit card company, because I did not think of keeping a copy of the letter.

The amount is not 11 thousand dollars. It is 114.79 $. I guess the canadian and US way of putting decimals is not the same.
