I was getting pop ups jan.10 as soon as i turn my laptop on that evening. Viruses supposedly were in the system and also according to the pop ups it was affecting the systems hard drive AND all my credit info and passwords would be at risk. It was extremely important to block viruses and get rid of them. I proceeded with the scanning process. during the process my laptop shut down. I waited to see if it would restart but it did not. I turned the laptop back on and attempt to purchase the 59.95 package good for one year. Two more times times the laptop shut down. The fourth time it completely locked me out of the system and all programs had vanished. Then within a few minutes it took me back to the page to purchase the package. I could not even connect to my wireless internet. I finally was able to finish the purchasing process. Next i was thanked. I was relieved cuz by the time i finally succeeded ( so i thought ) it was after 1 am. Ready to go to bed i waited for the laptop to log off and restart as the final message said. It restarted alrite. It started all over again with the pop ups about ths same viruses.I never even received a receipt via email. The amount of 59.95 was withdrawn from my credit card and i could not locate a website info for Win 7 Antivirus as it claim to be. I had to get the info from my bank and have my card locked. I was then givin monstrocloud.com which is not advertised at all in thd pop ups or on the purchasing page. Extremely upset i google it and i find this site. I hope these complaints reach everyone who has been scammed so justice can be Served. I want my damn money back and my laptop to be unlocked. Free my laptop!!!!!!!!!!!!
