I ordered a new tub liner. we agreed on a instalation date. however, because the sales person measured the tub wrong. i recieved the wrong liner. the installer said that he could re-order the tub, but it would take from 10 to 20 days to get it. i told the installer and the sales person to cancel the order and give me a refund. I have not recievedd the refund the company refuse to return calls or answer any type communcation.
