I applied for a secured loan with ms. oneal's company and was told I had to put up the first payments. the total for this was408.75. later in the week she called and said I would have to send one more payment total was 136.25. :I was to send this money again to kingston jamaca. when I called her back it was not the correct amount it was to be another 408.75 but instead she and her company would refund the money paid plus the fees for sending it. she said the money would be credited to my account by dec. 23 2011. no money and no one to return the calls. help
