International boundaries

It seems that Match.com has a systematic way of perpetuating fraud on its customers. When you sign up for a contract with them, they have somewhere hidden in their agreement that they will automatically renew your prescription without notification and without any indication that your first prescription is expiring. They also systematically deny their "6 month guarantee" where they promise the second six months free if you have not met your "Match". They give you no way to claim this free six months and no way to contact them. Sure, there is an email address - which they don't respond to and a phone number where you receive an automated message that tells you to call back later and hangs up on you. In essence, the only way to stop them from continuing payment is through your own financial institution, after they have already submitted and received an unauthorized charge.
