Saw an add on Facebook for Uggs on sale, clicked and saw the Uggs i wanted for $103 so i ordered them. my total came out to $106. the next day i checked my bank account and found a debit purchase form HONGYOU HARDWARE STORE SHANGHAI for $109. I immediately googled the name and it brought me here. I went to my email and replied to the confirmation email they sent me. I sent PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER about 4 times and finally got a response.. after i was begged, in very broken English, to please keep my order, I told them I would cancel my card if I did not receive my refund. Not much of a threat on my part since they already had all my information, but they DID end up refunding me $86... not $109 but its better than nothing. It took 37 emails back and forth to finally get through to them I DID NOT want to keep my order. So if youre currently trying to get them to cancel your order, try emailing back the confirmation email they sent you. hope this helps.

- I have also emailed them several times from the confirmation email but have had no reply. Like you they have taken more money than they was supposed to. I'm glad you got it sorted, even though it was less than what you paid.
