HI,
I am sending this complaint after cheking my account being deducted from this company for it's order.I am a person who is just earning to servive and the shock i got today was drastic,the figure of 205-pounds was really shocking for me as I have three families to support back home,this was unussual,and I gone through my bank statement online and came to know that I am being CHEATED by this company, giving the ad of the products and to take a trial,and if I don't want the product any more I should call, but to whom??because when I rang on given number there was no answer and it's chargeble number too.When I ordered very first in November going through the ad,it says a trial pack and I had to pay only for package and postage,though i received the sample pack with no information,,,i thought to call and cancell the further order as it was on ad to do so,,I did tried my best for cancellation but????i was left in puzzle!!!
Now I want all my money refunded that is 205pounds and want this kind of frauds to be stopped which is ruining country's image,,though I am an Asian but I respect the laws of this country,,and i request to the law to stop companys playing with inosent public and their hard earned money.
I am very upset and very engry that I tried to find out how i can get in touch with this company and when searched online for it i was surprised looking at the page full complaints,,and i din't wanted to waste my time I added my experience too and I will inform my bank to block any payment to this company....
I should add there was no deal between any of us, the meaning of trial pack is if customer likes it then they can order it,otherwise there should not be any futher action taken,,,,what was done by this company was without my permission and keeping me in dark,,which is disgusting and a really shamefull dead,,,,
Thank GOD i dinn't got heart attack.
Well I need my money back anyhow. :-(
