Sent for free sample. Got a phone call from a lady to get credit card details. Was assured it was only for postage and when sample arrived to phone and say no further products were to be sent. Was not made aware of the 12 day cancellation period (found out myself later) and free sample didn't arrive until 11th January (outwith cancellation period). Contacted them by e-mail. Will see if a reply comes. Cannot get them by phone. Have contacted my credit card company and asked them to block any further payments.
