We made an appointment with a guy named David in the Dallas office and we met with him for about 30 minutes. He did a brief interview and interacted with my daughter and stated that she was perfect for modeling and that she would "book" some high paying jobs. He took her out of the room to see how she interacts with strangers and to see if she would cry. When he came back with our child, he stated that she was perfect for the business. He told us that we had to pay $495 upfront for Ad Kids to represent my daughter. We paid the $495 and we signed a Management Agreement with my signature and his signature, which isn't legible. A few days after meeting with David, I did some research and found out that the company is a scam. I tried calling him several times and I could never get in contact with anyone. I finally spoke with David, who then referred me to a Don Voight but David and Don are the same person. I questioned him about the company and he stated that I couldn't get a refund because it had been longer than 3 days and he reassured me that my daughter would book some jobs. I called David/Don again in May and he stated that there are no guarantees and that my daughter may never get booked for a job and that's how the business operates. I asked for my money back again and he said No and hung up the phone in my face. It's been 4 months and we have not heard anything from the agency.
