I ordered coach purse and wallet for my daughter birthday present. Paid with credit card 103.59 on 1-2-12 I even got email conformation which thanked me for my order and i would get order in 5 days had order number but when the 5th day came no oder tried to call its in china and email address not valid and and went website they did not have me registered and tried to track it said no orders for me and website different prices and also different sites for coachfactory outlet I am so angry with myself too good to be true and tried to reach coach finally after 10 emails got response but asked questions that I had provided information for and where i paid is wedopay website went there but in chinese I hope this does not happen to anyone I had back surgery and my husband unemployed so it may seem very little money but its alot for me

coach emailed and one site was very friendly and gave them all the informaion and the other site just said it was third payment party . Wish still coach is liable but its a scam so I am the one who lost !!

- I just got order but this is not coach its fake!!! what can i do return where if there is no record of order and comes china!!! so sad!!!!
