IORDERED A FREE SAMPLE OF PEFECT RAD SERUM CREAM AND PAID £2.95 FOR POSTAGE ON 20TH DECEMBER 2011 AND WHEN I RECEIVED MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT THERE WAS AN UNAUTHORISED PAYMENT OF £74.95 DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT.
WHEN IRANG THE NUMBER MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY GAVE ME, 0800 066 4558 THEY SAID THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY NAME OR DETAILS AND I WAS RINGING AMERICA!! THE PERSON I SPOKE TO KEPT PUTTING ME ON HOLD AND ASKING FOR MY NAME AGAIN AND AGAIN, IN THE END I HAD TO HANG UP
