My story is just like everyone else. My husband filled out a payday loan application online(against my better judgement). Now, this morning, we have a check withdrawal from Gen X Marketing group, check #10000. Waiting on my bank to open to dispute these charges. I am not looking forward to all the hassle ahead of us to close our account. Lesson learned, NEVER, & I mean NEVER give out personal information on the internet! If you need a payday loan, go to the local ones in your city. I'm certain the terms are the same if not better. I honestly believe online payday loan companies should be illegal. You have no way of knowing who you are actually doing business with. My husband never gave out our bank information, but what little he did give out, they were able to obtain enough to scam us. I'm sorry for everyone that's going through this. I know $30 doesn't seem like a lot, but it really can make you or break you sometimes in this economy.
