Jus the same happened to me like the letter lynn 4 has written. I have been in touch and they offererd me the same as lynn 4. I have however had a email from them telling me my account was closed but did not know that I had an account. I will not be charged for anymore products but if I would like to continue they will charge me 50% each month. I received the samples 31st December 2011. I paid £11.94 POSTAGE. thats twice what they wanted. That amount showed on my credit card,.Phone this number 0300 123 2040 the crime fraud people and they will help you. If you payed by credit card you can get chargeback refunded .Lets hope this helps
