Yet another scam membership for 9,999.00. Went to the 2 hour presentation with Joel in Ormond Beach. Never told us not to ask questions during the presentation, when I did. he was quite rude and talked over my question. After the presentation and backing out, Joel actually got quite rude when I told him I receive better cruise prices on the interent. I am an avid cruiser with 34 under my belt. 9.999.00 to join then 349.00 per year if you use their services. What a Scam! and Rude at that. Stay clear of these people...

- I was contacted to rent out my timeshare in Mexico, after signing a contract with them to rent 10 weeks over a 5 year period for the price of $18,900, I paid fees to a holding company to the tune of $23,115 and never have been paid as promised.
