On June 27,2011 I joined Curves in Penticton, B.C. Canada. On October 15 I moved to Chilliwack, B.C. I looked for Curves here in the city and both location here shut down. I contact Curves in Penticton stating that there was no location here and would like to cancel they said they were processing it. Three weeks later I called to see how things were going and was told they were writing a cheque. As of todate have not received this cheque. I have phoned the Penticton location but to no avail no one answers or calls back. What a scam . I would not recommend Curves to any of my friends or tell anyone to join this company as I have been asked about it. Not very good customer relations. I am very disappointed in the company. Would like a refund.
